Much Madness

"Much Madness is Divinest Sense" - Emily Dickinson

Much madness is divinest sense
To a discerning eye;
Much sense the starkest madness.
'T is the majority
In this, as all, prevails.
Assent, and you are sane;
Demur, - you're straightaway dangerous,
And handled with a chain.

Much Madness - "White Clowns" (If you've read Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury - believe me, if you haven't read it, read it.. then read it again. The second time is amazing) and loud distracting noises accompanied with the colors and fireworks to capture the attention of a society poisoned with the attention span of a beetle - is treated as Divinest Sense - and truly treated as the divine, a holy guide in one's life.

That's all I'm saying about that today.

Your friend,
Alex
